Winter
This is a collagraph on paper was created as part of the York Printmakers monthly postcard challenge that ran during the first 18 months of the covid pandemic.
A different theme was chosen for each month & the results of our printmaking experiments were shared at monthly zoom meetings.
It was a lovely way for us all to keep in touch when in person meetings were not possible and we learnt a lot about each others printmaking techniques,
especially when people were happy to share both the good & not so good results.
This was my response to the theme of winter and became the image used for Christmas cards one year.
